I’ll start with the basics, as after explaining it at length to my friends and family, they generally replied “Ok I think I understand but could you tell me one more time what a signature is.”
A forum signature is text and/or image(s) that a forum poster will add to their profile in order to automatically generate the text or image underneath each post they make. If a forum allows signatures, than it’s likely they will allow more than one.
The idea behind Sig-Link is for forum posters and website owners to come together for their mutual benefit. Website owners will be able to advertise their websites (by buying signature links) to people interested in their niche (topic). And forum posters will be able to earn a small compensation from their time spent posting in forums. So its a win/win situation, especially since their are no fees to start a basic auction.
